At Theshopnest, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving their order if:

• The product is damaged upon arrival
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product is defective or not functioning as intended

To initiate a return, customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product and packaging for verification purposes.

Return Shipping & Processing Fee

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, Theshopnest will arrange the return process at no additional cost to the customer.

However, if a customer requests a return for personal reasons, including but not limited to a change of mind, accidental purchase, or no longer wanting the product, a ₹100 return processing fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.

This fee helps cover return handling, logistics, and processing costs.

Refund Method

For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to provide valid bank account or UPI details to receive their refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Products returned without original packaging (where applicable)
• Return requests made after the 5-day return period
